What should I expect during my first appointment?

During your first appointment, we’ll discuss your history, concerns, and goals, followed by a thorough evaluation of your movement and strength. From there, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan to kickstart your recovery or performance journey.

Why should I make time for recovery?

Recovery is an essential component of any athlete’s post-workout regimen. It allows the body time to repair, rebuild, and strengthen itself between workouts. Level Up Physical Therapy + Recovery enhances the process by providing hands-on soft tissue manipulations, cupping, IASTM myofascial release, percussion, and compression therapy. With routine recovery sessions, athletes can expect to reduce the risk of injuries and improve their overall performance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, cash, and HSA cards.

What is dry needling?

Dry needling is a technique where a thin needle is inserted into muscle trigger points (or "knots") to relieve pain, tension, and improve muscle function. Unlike acupuncture, it focuses on muscular and connective tissue issues to promote healing.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require notice at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours we will charge a cancellation fee.

Do you accept insurance?

At Level Up Physical Therapy + Recovery, we don’t accept insurance, which allows us to provide personalized, 1-on-1 care without limitations. No referral is needed, so you can start your recovery right away. Our cash-based practice enables us to create treatment plans tailored to your goals, ensuring high-quality care focused on a faster recovery, injury prevention, and peak performance.
