Dr. Vanessa Angel, DPT
Meet Dr. Vanessa Angel is a passionate and dedicated physical therapist from Miami, Florida. Growing up as a competitive soccer player, she developed a love for teamwork, perseverance, discipline. Recognized as a First Team All-Dade player during her high school career (2011-2012), Vanessa’s time on the field sparked her interest in the world of rehabilitation and set her on the path to becoming a physical therapist.

Dr. Angel earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports and Fitness from Florida International University, graduating Cum Laude. She then pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine, where her passion for helping others thrive truly came to life.

In 2020, Vanessa made Orlando, Florida her home. Inspired by a vision to elevate care for athletes, she founded Level Up Physical Therapy + Recovery in 2022. Her practice is built on the belief that recovery should be tailored, hands-on, and driven by the latest evidence-based techniques.
Outside the clinic, Vanessa treasures quality time with her family, enjoys Disney day trips, and explores the local food scene as a self-proclaimed foodie. Whether you’re an athlete aiming to get back in the game or simply looking to feel your best, Dr. Angel is here to help you level up and live without limits.
